Giganor Mobile is an administration and customer-service application for internet service providers. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the application and services provided through it.
Depending on your role and the features enabled by your internet service provider, the app may handle your name, customer or subscriber ID, username, contact details, account status, package and billing information, payment records, connection sessions, data-usage statistics, support tickets, and network-device information. Administrators and managers may also handle subscriber and service-management information.
Information is used to authenticate users, display account and usage details, manage internet services, process or record payments, respond to support requests, monitor service connectivity, and provide network-management features requested by the provider or account holder.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the internet service provider that operates your account, infrastructure and hosting providers needed to operate the service, payment providers when a payment feature is used, and authorities when required by law.
Access is protected using account authentication and server-side access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Account and service records are retained by the operating internet service provider for as long as needed for business, accounting, security, and legal purposes.
For access, correction, deletion, or questions about information associated with your account, contact your internet service provider or email support@app.aliradius.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may request deletion of your Giganor Mobile account and associated personal data by emailing support@app.aliradius.com from the account email address, or by contacting the internet service provider that manages your account. Please include your customer or subscriber ID. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible account data. Records that must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance will be retained only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.
Giganor Mobile is a business and account-management application and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new revision date.
